A few years of deep soul-searching have taken me through various landscapes, both within and without. I’m originally from Venezuela, and I’ve lived in Peru, England, Australia, Germany, and now Ireland. I’ve worked in various settings and served a very diverse group of people of different ages, backgrounds, and cultures.
I'm committed to providing a warm, safe and confidential space that is accepting and non-judgmental. My integrative and holistic approach allows me to adapt to meet the needs of different clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness and isolation, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, work-related issues, existential/life crises, spiritual abuse, spirituality and complex trauma.
I hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BA in Divinity. I’m an accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland (APCP). I have completed the L1 and L2 IFS trainings.
